The screen print River Market II: Little Rock, Arkansas is part of the series US-50. US-50 is a series of works based on state capitals that I have traveled to, experienced, and documented through photograph and then printmaking. The historical, cultural, visual, and visceral experiences are all possible vehicles to provoke me to create a print. This is an extensive on-going project that will eventually prepare a nostalgic portfolio depicting the 50 states as capital city-inspired Americana.
